WHAT THE *BLEEP*!?!?

So I decided to do a sneak peek at my weigh in tomorrow and my reaction was the title to this blog.  I got on the scale and it told me I had gained 3-4lbs.  :-(  My hubby assures me that because I had just eaten dinner and I am wearing sweats that it would make me gain weight.  My thoughts instantly jumped to: I must need to do more. No to this! No to that! You suck!  :-(  Please tell me that my hubby is right!!

  1. A normal human gains 3 lbs over the course of the day PLUS sweats are heavy. Another thing to keep in mind is muscle gain. You haven't been working your muscles in a long time so they're going to go into super power mode, especially right after you work out so its not my recommendation to weight yourself right after workout. You're doing great hun. :) Keep it up and the results will show!
